Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia
What if terminated employee's voice is still being used on after-hour and weekend main switchboard message as if the employee is still a part of the company? Does terminated employee have any rights to sue?

Sue for what? The work the employee did while there does not get wiped away when the employee is terminated. There are documents, signatures, and all kinds of evidence of the employment that remain. I am not sure what you hope to accomplish by suing (which would be a waste of time and money) or even complaining. What are your actual monetary damages?
