Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Georgia

My car almost got towed. The vehicle was not attached to the tow truck and the keys were presented to let them know we could move the car immediately. He then insisted we pay 60 dollars cash for them to not tow the car. Is this legal ? Can they charge even if the vehicle has not been hooked up to the truck ? Can I sue the towing company?

I'm confused here. Your subject is "legal malpractice" and you discuss a $60 towing fee. Did a lawyer mishandle your defense in the debt? I assume something else happened because you wouldn't be asking about suing over a repo that didn't happen and there's nothing in your post to sue about. Please explain so we can answer you?

Can you pay $75+ and hours of your time to sue for $60? Sure you can. Otherwise, why was your car "almost towed" and did the $60 allow you to move on without much higher fees or tickets? What evidence do you have that you actually paid anyone?
