Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Georgia
I have noticed that the Plaintiff judgement rendered in March 2013 pulled my credit file in January 2014 without my permission. The judge stated " no payment plan at this time" in judgement because I was unable to pay.
Is it legal to pull my credit without informing me?

Creditors can generally pull your credit. Judges typically don't do payment plans.
