Why do know attorneys want to go up against a Hospital verses doctors for malpra
My husband recently had a stroke and because of the nurses in ICU prolonged his stay and in my oppion caused not only him but the family to suffer. They pulled out ventrocolostomys, lumbar drains, let blood pressure go over 200/120 with not action. Incession on head reopened because of ceribial pressure from lumbar drain being pulled out. Lumbar drain draining on bed for more than a week.

You must obtain an affidavit from a professional of at least the same degree of training as the person you think committed malpractice, whether it be the nurses or doctors. Without such an affidavit, you can't even file a lawsuit.
