Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Dental

Today i went to the dentist to have a tooth extracted, and the wrong one was taken out. I have suffered a lot of uncessary pain, and still have to go back and have the bad tooth taken out which is still giving me alot of pain.

Please let me know if you can, if i need to see a lawyer...
