Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia
Doctor messed up my sons circumcision.
When my son was born in November of 2005 the doctor did not take enough of his foreskin off during his circumcision, now he is 8 months old and has to be put to sleep to fix it. Can I sue?

A qualified medmal lawyer will need to review all facts surrounding the original surgery, and the alleged error. One issue will be whether there is permanent damage, pain, actual financial damage to you, etc. Certainly, if there was a clear error you should not have to bear the financial burden. Making money off the deal is another question altogether.
