Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

I went to an emergency room seen and released 9 months later denied insurance because of opiates and alcohol!? I am 20 and NEVER experimented with either., that hospital claims they never make mistakes...although offered a fact regarding equipment being un-advanced

what do I do? what are my rights?
