In most cases, the Statute of Limitaions is only two years. However, there may be exceptions. Please free to call me to discuss.

Your post lacks enough facts to give you an answer, but in most cases, the statute of limitations for medical malpractice is 2 years. Once the statute expires, there is no possible claim. A few things can toll a claim, so without all the facts no one here can give a full answer.
