I had a daughter who died 2 1/2 years ago.How long do i have to file a medical malpractice suit?

Your post lacks enough facts to give you an answer, but in most cases, the statute of limitations for medical malpractice is 2 years. Once the statute expires, there is no possible claim. A few things can toll a claim, so without all the facts no one here can give a full answer.
