Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

is it legal for a hospital to ask you to sign a consent form after a procedure explaining he risks, almost a year later?

It is most likely "legal" for them to ASK. That question and answer is meaningless, as it is the validity and content of the document that is important and we don't have that.
