Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia
medical mal practice
During the birth of my daughter, my bladder wall was ruptured and since then I have had problems with leaking when i cough, sneeze or make a sudden move. It's been 16 months. Do I have a case.

You have stated no facts to show malpractice. You have merely stated you had an injury, so we can't guess what caused it. Nevertheless, this is not the place to get a diagnosis or legal opinion about it. See a lawyer who regularly handles such cases as a major part of his/her practice (not a lawyer who merely claims to handle these and many other types of cases), and they will discuss how to get a diagnosis of the problem. They will likely offer a consultation, and set up an exam/review with a physician.

Like anybody else, you may have a case, IF you can prove anybody did anything wrong, amounting to malpractice. Consult with a local attorney.
