Two years. However, if you think you have a claim, even if you are not near the two-year statutel of limitations, you should consult with an attorney ASAP. There is always a good bit of investigation that needs to take place, and witnesses and records have a way of disappearing with the passage of time.

The statute of limitations is two years. AN EXPERIENCED ATTORNEY IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE WHEN THE STATUTE STARTED TO RUN. If you think that you have a case, consult an attorney now.
