Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

Medicare

My father passed away in 2004. As a result his children has brought a wrongful death and medical malpractice claim against the facility. We are now dealing with Medicare and they are requesting a letter of testamentary from us to proceed. We are aware Medicare will be seeking a negotiated amount of his medical expenses and we want to get this resolved as soon as possible

You don't ask a question. However, since you have brought a lawsuit, discuss whatever the issue is with the lawyer handling the case.
