You don't know it was caused by the medicine. That is something to be determined by a medical expert, not what you read on the internet. You need to first take care of yourself and get whatever care you need. Then, you can meeting with a lawyer who primarily handles malpractice claims to review the facts.
My condolences.
Question 1 comes from the label. No one ever should take any drug without reading the label. The drug you took warns users to tell a doctor if you plan to become pregnant or become pregnant. Did you do that?
If the answer is no, the doctor had no reason not to give you the drug.
If the answer is yes, and the doctor had you continue on the drug, you should get an opinion from another doctor as to the cause of the miscarriage, and then meet with a lawyer. Whether you do or do not have a case depends on facts no one here has.
You are looking for answers as to whether or not you have facts that could form a basis for a complaint of medical malpractice. FYI, there are a number of factors that are relevant to this determination. Feel free to contact my firm for a case analysis.
