statue of limitation and happened during other legal cases

Is there a time limit for pursuing a malpractice case? Can you sue for them going against their hypocratic oath? Would it make a difference it this occured when other law cses were going on and it was brought up as a general statement with these other cases?

Re: statue of limitation and happened during other legal cases

As a general rule the limitation is 2 years. There is no such thing as suing for violation of that oath. Medical malpractice involves a breach of the normal standard of care resulting in injury, death or other problems. Time is very critical in such cases and if you believe there was malpractice you should contact a lawyer immediately.
