Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia

. Do u do malpractice i guess that call it . I dont think i have case but everyone eles does i broke wrist 2 places in end december the bone doct pulled it it grew back really bad deformed cant use fingers hardly alot pain now it hurts all time it didnt look that bad or deformed until he pulled it .
