Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia
A woman find out four months into her pregnancy that her baby will not live due to a birth disorder. Her doctor did not informed her of this information during her prenatal visits in the previous months. She was told this information after the window for abortion was closed. She had the baby and two hours later the baby passed away. What is the legal term for this situation and can she filed a lawsuit?
