Legal Question in Military Law in Georgia
child abuse
my husband is being investigated for physical abuse on my six year old due to a spanking that he recieved with a belt. What can I do and can he my son go stay with my mother without us getting in trouble for sending him there. What can the army do as punishment and are my other kids at risk for removal even though they have no marks.

You need professional legal advice from an attorney with a record of defending child abuse cases, and you need it right now. This is not something that can be answered quickly over the internet.
