I'm getting compensation for a illness i was discharged for

I was discharge for FTR(ch-14) and later come to find out that i had sleep apeana and narcolepsy. which was stated in my medical file and now getting compensated for,but when a MEB was requested multiple times by my doctors the sepration board was pursued by my commander and 1stSGT. Can I sue the Army for Medical malpractic or wrongful discharge

No, you can't sue, but you could possibly get your Discharge paperwork upgraded if you didn't get an Honorable discharge. It's a tedious process, and it depends on how long you've been out. Good luck!
