Legal Question in Military Law in Georgia
I am deploying in November. I have faxed my orders to all places that needed them to qualify for the Service members civil relief act. When i applied for it for my car loan, then denied it saying that I was on active duty at the time of purchase. I am a GA National Guard soldier, at the time of purchase i was on ADSW orders to work at my unit. My question is, can they denie my request even though i am National Guard and was on temperarty duty. If the act was made to help deploying soldiers and active duty soldiers then why can regualar Army soldiers use it and I cannot?

Your post is not clear but it appears you are asking whether a lender is obligated to make a loan because of the Act. That is not correct.
