What am I entitled to if I divorce my spouse who is in the military?

It depends on how long you have been married to him during his military service. If 10 years or more, you have a legitimate claim to a % of his future military retirement. Also depends on whether you two have children together. If so, they are entitled to continued military health care. Then, of course, there is child support, perhaps temporary alimony, etc.
