Re: forr a friend
Dear Friend,
The answer is "no," it is not against the law PROVIDED that your friend does not advertise or make any references to her National Guard status, e.g., "Amy, our National Guard Dancer!"
To make a link to her Guard status, COULD cause some close-minded people to think that this somehow brings "disrepute" or "discredit" to the National Guard, and THAT could cause legal problems.
So, dance away, just don't make any references to her Guard status.
