Legal Question in Military Law in Georgia
My friend is currently AWOL started working at a job that required a background check. Does being AWOL just not show up on background checks for employment or think they just overlooked it?? Do they no check for federal warrants in normal emploment background checks??

We can't possibly know what kind of check the employer did or the information they received. That is a guess, not a legal question.
