Legal Question in Military Law in Georgia
I believe my senior leadership is out to get me from what they have threatened and said to me. Though I have no proof of it other than my word against theirs. I was wondering if it is legal to have a tape recorder in my pocket recording the conversation on the military installation without them being aware that I am recording the conversation. I understand the one party consent laws of my state but I know the military would fall under federal law and I am unaware of military law on this and cannot seem to find any info online. thank you

You need to speak to a JAG lawyer. I suspect you'd risk ending up court martialed and dishonorably discharged, and spend time in the brig.
