If I walked into a dressing room in a military px with several items and did not come out with all the items but left some inside the dressing room and all of this is on film, but the only items on me when searched belong to me do I have to prove the items are mine that I have on me and If I can not, does that make me automatically guilty of theaft and is this a faloney in Georgia if items are under $150.00?

Yes, you may be asked to show proof that items in your possession belong to you, if store security officials have reason to believe you may have attempted shoplifting. However, no one is "automatically guilty." That is a determination made in a court of law.
