Legal Question in Military Law in Georgia
My son is a Non-Scholarship Cadet and Has just completed his first quarter in school and he�s being disenrolled from the ROTC Program for not maintaining a 2.0 GPA how can I appeal the decision?

Follow whatever procedures the school has established. Obviously, there is no way for anyone here to know what they are since we know nothing about the school, requirements, procedures, etc.
