Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

my 2 year old child hurt her head at Burger King while running crashed against the wall, she has 12 stiches on her forehead..... can I sue?

Is this a serious question? How was the company negligent because YOUR child was running and ran into a wall? Was the wall negligent by being in the path of a child who apparently had no adult supervision? Unfortunately, this is the sad attitude that parents exhibit to their kids.

I agree completely with Scott. Accidents are not your route to a free lunch. Unless the store did something negligent (and you haven't said what they did wrong), there is no basis to sue.
