My 11 yr son was jumping on trampoline where the owner had sprinkler under and he slipped off and broke his arm. Insurance company just wants to pay bills and thats it

I have handled a recent trampoline case where the insurance company ended up paying for the meds, pain and suffering, and all other expenses. Call me if you would like to discuss. 770-217-4954

The worst thing to do in these cases is to directly talk to the insurer. Often, depending on the facts, you may be entitled to pain and suffering in addition to medical and drug bills. Feel free to call me at 404-768-3509 with details.
You can either take the offer or hire a lawyer and pay them about a third of the recovery in fees, and you might net less money. We also do not know who is at fault, and you chose to mention a sprinkler but don't tell us a thing about what it has to do with the injuries. If your son just slipped and fell, like kids tend to do, the insurer may choose to contest your claim for anything.
You spoke directly to the insurance company? Without a lawyer?
Congratulations, you probably just screwed up your case. I strongly suggest you call one of the fine gentlemen above and secure legal representation ASAP.
