Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
On April 22, 2015, I was leaving McDonald's in Woodstock, GA. I stepped outside the restaurant and it was difficult for me to distinguish the top landing from the pavement and fell, face first to the ground. A kid in the store told his grandfather, who came to help me up. I had jjst left the dialysis clinic. I went to emergency at Kennestone Hspital and got x-rays of my right knee, which was painful, but revealed no broken bones. This week, I got pains in my groin area and lower back. The Manager, Jeff Owens let me fill out the accident report. Two days after the incident, they called me and created a case #. What should I do about this residual pain? Is a legal intervention needed?
