Auto Accedent Injury Settlement

What is the law as to the amount that is due to you as the amount of pain and suffering( I have been told several things, one was you are entitled to 10 tmes the amount of your doctor bills, another says 3 times the amount of you doctor bills. could you clearify this for me

The law is that pain and suffering shall be determined by the unbiased conscience of a fair and impartial jury. There is no formula for this. Jury verdicts vary wildly on this issue.
