Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

My Brother operates a small car wash business. He does not have insurance on the business of any kind. A couple of times one of his employees has damaged customer's cars and he has paid out of his pocket. Can he hold the employee responsible for the accident?

No and frankly your brother is being very stupid. No one should operate a business without insurance.
