Do you think I have a case worth much I was in a auto accident the other driver was clearly in the wrong we both are progressive holders I have full insurance I was driving a 07chevy Tahoe book value 24,000.dollars my left arm is brused to point it going to leave a scar my shoulders and arm muscles hurt my left knee hurts but my insurance only wants to pay of the 22,000. Left to pay on the vehicle and give me 2000. Dollars and that's all do you think I can get more money than that
