Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
child sprayed in the mouth with bug spray at school
My 13 year old daughter was sprayed in the mouth with bug spray that was sitting out in the class room. I took her to the ER to have her checked and she was fine we just had to watch her for the night. Is the school liable for having harmful agents with in a childs reach?

Since your daughter suffered only minimal incovenience, there is no case here.
