Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
crash
i was in a motorcycle accident and my friend was driving. we went to the ER and i was admitted.i told them i had a bicycle wreck not a motorcycle wreck because me and my friend had a couple of drinks at dinner.i was scared they might call the cops and hurt pretty bad.Now is the hospital papers a legal paper the one that said i was in a bike wreck? The inssurance does not know about this because they hav not got the papers yet. When they do do they still have to pay I have seven witnesses who knows what really happened but they are my friends.
I dont know what to do so if you have any advice please let me know

Re: crash
You should always tell the truth about the facts of a claim.Lying can ruin even the best of cases. However, just because you were scared and told a lie does not mean you do not have a right to compensation for your injuries.
The Truth
The only thing that will ever help you out in a situation like this one is the TRUTH -- with the authorities, the Ins. adjusters, etc., as soon as possible or as soon as they ask.
Its the same advice I give all my clients (and everyone I deal with for that matter).
Good Luck
