Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
Fender Bender in parking lot....
I was involved in a fender bender at a football game about 2 months ago. The other occupant and I agreed on not reporting it because we didn't want are insurance involved. I agreed to fix the others car (the only thing wrong with it was the quarter panel and the side light). He gets an estimate from a friend of his dads and tells me his dad dosesn't want to take it any where else but there. This guy says that I missed his bumper up too, but I know for a fact I didn't tonch his bumber because my truck sits up higher than the bumper, and also I got pics that show my damage and their is nothing even scratched on his bumper. I even got the occupant to try and show me the damage and he even couldn't find a crack, but still insists that I need to fix it. The bill is for 952.00. I am willing to fix my damage but feel their isn't anyway I hit his bumper. What should do about it, and should I just go to court about it?

Any any we give is subject to the terms listed on our web page.
When stuff is not reported correctly, sometimes bad results occur. Its not really a legal question. You can either pay of fight about a case of less than $1,000 in small claims (Mag.) court.
