Filing a Pleadings

Is there a standard format for structuring a pleadings?

I am having to represent myself in a civil matter and I need to know how to file the pleadings.

Is there a particular form?

Is there a particular format to/for a pleadings filing?

How should the pleadings actually look?

Look at OCGA �9-11-7 et seq. I would not recommend representing yourself in any litigation, with the possible exception of cases in magistrate (small claims) court.

There are no "forms". Each case has to be addressed separately. You should at least consult with a local attorney before undertaking this yourself.
