You failed to tell us how the store was negligent? How was the mat out of place, such that it was a hazard? If it was out of place, how was it not obvious to you if you were looking where you were going? If yes to these, was it there long enough so that store employees would have had time to notice and fix it? What are your damages (hospital bills, etc.)?
