Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

can i fire my lawyer, he is not following through for me we only had an agreement via e mail no official document was signed, can he claim a percentage of my monetary compensations even if he does not handle the claim just because we had a previous agreement via e mail?

You have given us way too little information. What did you hire the lawyer to do?

Emailed agreements ARE contracts. Since you didn't say what the email says or what he did or did not do, there is no way to answer your question.
