Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

While at a grocery store in the checkout line, I fell on some water. While being helped up, I was asked if I was a REG.ULAR CUSTOMER. I asked if it made a difference, THe response was "NO". I asked why he asked the question. No answer. After 45 minutes of waiting for a report to be filled out by the CSM (Customer Service Manager), the CSM said that I could leave. He asked if I wanted a list of doctors, I told him not at this time, My left knee, left arm and back were hurting. The CSM and another manager helped me and my husband push the grocery cart to the car. While leaving the store, in the foyer, with several customers entering the store, the CSM stopped the buggy and asked us if we paid for the groceries. My husband asked if he thought we were ripping him off. He stated "NO". My husband asked why he would stop in the foyer and embarass us in the presence of other customers. He told me that some people do this sort of thing. I went to the doctor the next day and received X-rays and such. My husband called several day's later because we never received a call back from Risk Management, as we were told we would, and when he asked about the list of doctor's, he was told that they do not have a list of doctor's. My husband asked about the doctor bill and she said that they would pay the $12.00 deductible. Do I have a case?
