Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I had an incident happen back in Walmart March, my birthday to be exact (3/28) of this year and I decided to sue. I was told by the lawyer to go to the doctors they chose, those doctors sent me to other doctors so of course there were high doctor bills. The claims adjuster said she felt I went to too many doctor visits when all I was doing was following instructions given to me by the doctors and lawyers to go to them for my own good. The adjuster only offered the amount to pay my bills accrued by my visits. This incident occurred on my birthday and I have come out of my pocket for gas and maintenance on my vehicle to keep going to these visits and now I feel like I was failed by my lawyer. What would happen if I was to switch lawyers at this point. There is basically an offer being made or I can choose to send it to litigation.

The insurance adjuster is not on your side but is on the side of the insurer. It doesn't really matter what the adjuster thinks--the adjuster won't be on the jury. The adjuster is trying to low-ball you and possibly is purposely trying to drive a wedge between you and your lawyer. Don't fall for it! Listen to your lawyer and do what he/she says.
