Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I inhaled foreign particles into my lungs, from running grass carpet at work. Just had biopsy yesterday doctors won't let me work, and say my lung problems are from running this grass. Do I have a law suit for my lungs being in such bad shape from this?

Actually you have the possibility of multiple claims including worker's compensation, product liability and negligence. Also, I see a possible claim for Social Security Disability and possibly a Disability Insurance claim if you or your employer has such a policy. You need to consult a lawyer who is an expert in personal injury and disability cases as soon as possible. Do NOT go to just any lawyer. Most will not know what to do and will screw up your case. Go to someone who specializes in personal injury matters. You my have to come to Atlanta to find the right lawyer.
