Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Hi. I was injured at a company in Georgia. If I want to take them to magistrate court to sue for my medical bills, can I go to the magistrate court and file a claim against the company using the business location's physical address or do I have to file a claim against a company "receiver" or some particular person? Also, if the company is a franchise doing business in one city but the "receiver" is someone working for the company in a different county, then do I file in the location where the business is & where I was injured or where the receiver is? Thanks!

Your post lacks enough information to answer you at all. We don't know if you were an invitee, licensee, employee or trespasser, how you were hurt, the amount of damages, when it happened, and what you mean by a "receiver" as there is no such thing. I'd suggest you meet with a lawyer before doing anything.
