Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

There are different categories of folks on someone else's property, e.g., invitee, trespasser, etc. The property owner owes different levels of care to each of theses categories. I never heard of a "granted passer", but that is not one of the categories. Consult with a local attorney.
