Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Would like to know if there is any legal action that I can do to my former spouse for mental abuse. I was just diagnoised with Anxiety Disorder which stems from the 20 years of verbal abuse I endured. Now I am declared disabled because of that?

Any issues arising out of your marriage had to be dealt with in your divorce papers. If you did not deal with it then, you cannot deal with it after the divorce. If you are unsure of what your divorce papers provided call the attorney who represented you in the divorce.
