First, be sure to save the piece of metal, the chicken sandwich, any broken teeth or tooth parts and (hopefully you have this) the receipt documenting the purchase. Second, get medical/dental attention immediately as this not only benefits your health but also documents your injury and is evidence that the event did, in fact, occur. If anyone saw the occurrence get that person to hand write a statement about what he/she saw. Then get a lawyer who is experienced in personal injury claims ASAP. You can do an internet search. Make sure the lawyer is rated "AV"(the highest rating) by Martindale- Hubbell Law Directory, the sevice that rates all lawyers in the US. It is probably best to get a local lawyer who is familiar with the court system and knows court personnel.
