Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

loans

I let a friend borrow some money that he has yet to give back, when he said more than once that he would give it back. I sent the money via western union and still have the receipt and my bank statement where the money was taken out of my bank account. Do i have enough evidence to get the money back??? What should I do??

Sue him in small claims court. That should get his attention.
