Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
my mother just got into an accident and her insurance is telling us that on the policy there is no rental policy..she is a single parent with 5 younger children and we need some kind of transportation to either go to school or some other important places....please help me

I am not sure how you think we can help. Read the policy! We don't know what it covers.
If I am reading your post right, your mother committed a crime and drove without insurance. When you have insurance you have to read the policy and you never rent a car without knowing if you have rental coverage. If you don't have it, you have to buy it. There is no way to fix this after the fact.
She should be prepared to pay out money to the rental company for repairs and she may lose her license. She needs to spend money now to talk to a lawyer.
