Multi car accident
I was in a mutli car accident and I am suffering a sprain neck and back. However, my workman comp was recently approved for a prior injury from work hazard. I do not want my car accident injuries to interfere with my work performance or workman comp case. Please advise

Your WC case does not have to affect your personal injury case if handled properly. You should be able to obtain a WC remedy for your injuries and lost wages as well as a PI remedy against the 3rd party.
