Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

How musch money will i get

I was hit from behind- I treated for 3 months I have medical bill of about $60,000- no future medical prognosis- state farm is submitting a settlement amount in 3 days- my lawyer is calling me with the info on Feb 1st. I just want to know how much money I should expect.

No way to know as there are too many factors to discuss here but will mainly depend on the nature of your medical bills, i.e. diagnostic vs treatment, and the amount of insurance available.

Only your lawyer would have information needed to answer that, and he certainly would have discussed this with you. An offer, of course, does not necessarily end the matter. It is usually an early step that will be followed up. Since you have counsel, use him.
