needing advice on personal injury case

i would like to know what i can do about someone not having

car insurance and them being the cause of a car wreck?

If you have collision or uninsured motorist coverage use that to fix your car. If you were injured use the uninsured motorist coverage to pay for your injury claim. Your company can and should pursue the offending motorist. There is a procedure where that person's driving privileges can be suspended.
