Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I was just notified by an insurance company that I'm accused of a hit and run. The only incident I can think of is when I stopped at a light, looked over at my passenger then starting rolling forward. I hit the breaks and stopped what I thought was just short of the truck. The driver got out, I thought because I got close, and looked at his car. I looked at him wondering what was up and he just shook his head got in the car and drove away. I may have passed him further down the road and he got my license plate number. What should I do?

Call your insurance company as to a possible damage claim (and do not talk to the other insurer), and get a good criminal lawyer.
